Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the Xentral platform (operated by ICSL FZE), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Access

Access requires a one-time setup fee of AED 99 and company verification. Xentral reserves the right to reject or revoke access at its sole discretion.

3. Lead Purchases & Credits

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon lead purchase.
• Credits are non-refundable once a lead has been purchased and contact details revealed.
• Disputes may be raised within 24 hours of purchase for invalid contact information.
• Shared leads may be sold to multiple buyers. Exclusive leads are sold once only.
• Leads are sold as-is. Xentral does not guarantee conversion outcomes.

4. Prohibited Use

• Reselling or redistributing purchased lead data with third parties
• Using lead data for purposes other than legitimate B2B outreach
• Spamming, harassing, or misrepresenting your company to leads
• Circumventing the payment or verification system
• Uploading false business license documents

5. CRM & Data Ownership

Data you enter into the CRM remains your property. Xentral does not use your CRM data for marketing or share it with other buyers.

6. AI Features

AI features use your own OpenAI API key. ICSL FZE is not responsible for AI outputs or costs incurred on your OpenAI account. AI outputs are advisory only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ICSL FZE's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
